Your responsibilities & rights as a buyer

Cash on delivery only

All transactions are COD. Inspect the item before making payment. Never pay in advance outside the platform's official process.

Inspect on delivery

You have the right to refuse delivery if the product is damaged, wrong, or misrepresented. For verified sellers, LuckyBazzar guarantees resolution.

Dispute reporting window

Any issue must be reported via WhatsApp support within 48 hours of delivery. Provide order screenshots and evidence.

Limitation for non-verified sellers

When purchasing from non-verified sellers, LuckyBazzar acts solely as a listing platform. We do not guarantee product quality, delivery, or refunds. Our support team will attempt to mediate but cannot enforce financial remedies.

LuckyBazzar mediates all disputes. Verified seller cases are prioritized and may result in a full refund facilitated by the platform. For non-verified sellers, we provide communication assistance but cannot enforce seller compliance. By using LuckyBazzar, you agree that management’s decision is final regarding any dispute.

Seller code of conduct & obligations

All sellers — verified or non-verified — must follow these marketplace rules.

General seller responsibilities

  • Accurate listings – Provide real photos, honest descriptions, exact pricing, and clear delivery terms. Misleading listings will be removed without notice.
  • Order fulfillment – Once an order is confirmed via WhatsApp or platform channel, deliver within the promised timeframe (maximum 48 hours for Bannu city unless otherwise agreed).
  • Pricing transparency – No hidden charges. Any delivery fee or extra cost must be clearly displayed on the product page or communicated before order confirmation.
  • Customer communication – Respond to buyer inquiries professionally. Unresolved complaints affect seller standing and may lead to removal.

Verified seller program

Sellers who complete business verification, submit valid local credentials, and pass quality assessment receive the official “Verified” badge. Verified status grants:

  • Priority placement in search & category pages
  • LuckyBazzar quality guarantee for buyers (increased trust & sales)
  • Full dispute mediation with refund coverage when seller is at fault

Verified seller commitment: You agree to honor returns or exchanges if product does not match description. LuckyBazzar may enforce refunds on your behalf in case of proven violation. Failure to comply leads to immediate revocation of verified status and potential delisting.

Non-verified sellers

If you choose to list without completing verification, you acknowledge that LuckyBazzar does not endorse your products or business. Buyers are informed that non-verified sellers operate independently. LuckyBazzar is not liable for any transaction disputes, product defects, or delivery failures related to non-verified seller listings. However, you remain bound by the code of conduct: fraudulent listings, counterfeit products, or abusive behavior will result in an immediate ban.

Violations & account termination

LuckyBazzar reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any seller account for:

  • Repeated customer complaints or unresolved disputes
  • Misleading product information or counterfeit goods
  • Harassment of buyers or support team
  • Failure to deliver orders after confirmation

Terminated sellers forfeit any pending privileges and may be reported to local consumer protection authorities if fraudulent activity is found.

LuckyBazzar is a marketplace facilitator. We are not a party to any sale contract between buyers and sellers except as specified for verified sellers.
